The Booking Process Simple and straightforward. Send us your dates, the bike you’re interested in and a few details about your riding experience. We’ll confirm availability and send you all the information you need. A 20% deposit secures your reservation — the balance is due 60 days before your rental starts. If you’re booking less than 60 days out, the full amount is due at booking.
What Happens on Pick-Up Day We deliver the motorcycle to your hotel or to Marrakech Menara Airport — whichever is more convenient. The bike arrives freshly serviced, cleaned and fully fuelled. Top case fitted, phone holder mounted, ready to ride. We’ll walk you through the bike, answer any last questions and hand over your roadbook if you’ve requested one. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.
What’s Already Included Every rental at Butterfly Bike Rentals includes unlimited mileage, a top case, a phone holder, third-party liability insurance and 7-day roadside assistance. There are no surprise charges at the end of your trip for kilometres covered — ride as far as you want.
The Security Deposit A security deposit is required at pick-up, held by credit card pre-authorisation. It covers damage in the event of an at-fault incident. Our Free Care Package option reduces the deposit significantly — ask about it at booking. The deposit is released in full on return of the bike, subject to a condition check.
If Something Goes Wrong on the Road It rarely happens — but if it does, we’re one phone call away. Our assistance team is available 7 days a week for the entire duration of your rental. In the event of a mechanical fault that isn’t your fault, we’ll replace the bike within 12 hours at no extra cost. Riding in a foreign country is always more reassuring when you know someone reliable is in your corner.
Returning the Bike Return to our main location or arrange a collection in Marrakech. We check the bike together, release the deposit and you’re done. Most returns take 20 minutes.
